Your holiday in Portugal

This website is managed by the owner of the apartment. Because the apartment is offered for rent through multiple channels, you will not find a booking calendar on this website. If you want to quickly find out if the apartment is available, please submit your request by filling out the contact form.

Please clearly indicate in the form which period (dates) you would like to book the apartment for. We will then check the availability and get in touch with you as soon as possible!

The rental price is:

• 180 euros per night in the low season (from November to April)
• 230 euros per night in the mid-season (during the months of May & June, the second half of September, and the month of October)
• 285 euros per night in the high season (July, August, and the first half (15 days) of September)

The rental price includes

• Beds made upon arrival
• A tea towel and hand towel set for the kitchen
• A set of towels per person
• Water and electricity
• Final cleaning
• Taxes
• Cot and high chair available on request

Alternative check-in or check-out times are possible on request for an additional fee. Please clearly state your preferences on the contact form.

• Security deposit; we ask for a €400.00 deposit in advance. This amount will be refunded within two weeks after check-out, minus any potential damage to the accommodation.
• We do not accept groups of young people (up to 21 years old)
• Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, including outside on the terrace
• Pets are not allowed
• Minimum stay of 3 nights

Upon booking, we require a deposit of 40% of the total sum.
One month before arrival, we ask you to pay the remaining amount (60%).

If you are unfortunately unable to go due to circumstances, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. You will receive a full refund of the travel sum.

Cancellation between 7 – 14 days before arrival; you will receive 50% of the travel sum back
Cancellation between 1 and 7 days before arrival; you will receive 25% of the travel sum back.
No show; < 1 > no refund
